Common questions and factual answers
How does the public Live Preview work?
An ordinary public visitor receives three separate 10-minute Premium Preview opportunities. Language changes and navigation elsewhere on NormTherapy.com do not consume those preview opportunities.
What does Founder's List access include?
An activated Founder's List device receives the approved preview experience without the ordinary public time limit. Founder's List access does not grant WordPress administration authority.
Can I receive a refund after using a service?
Norm Therapy does not automatically refund consumed services, used credits, completed sessions, generated reports, or other delivered resources. A claimed duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, non-delivery, provider error, or legally required exception must be verified and approved at the authorized level. Ask Norm Support may review and explain the request, but it cannot issue money or alter a payment.
Can support adjust a payment or credit balance?
Ask Norm Support can investigate the recorded transaction, entitlement, and measured usage and explain the result. It cannot change a financial ledger, issue a refund, or create free resources. Any approved adjustment requires an authorized person and a recorded Financial Center action.
How are purchases applied?
A purchase is applied only after the configured payment provider confirms the payment. Verified purchases update the governed Financial Center record and then apply the corresponding wallet credits or entitlement.
What are Norm Credits?
Norm Credits measure eligible platform usage and services under versioned rates. Founder's List participants may see consumed credits for research and planning even when they are not charged.
Will my conversation remain available?
Protected conversation continuity depends on the user's account and authorized history path. Public anonymous preview use does not promise permanent profile memory. The app clearly distinguishes protected history from a temporary preview session.
What is Ask Norm?
Ask Norm is a Norm Therapy Abuse Care companion that listens, organizes information, supports practical next steps, and helps people continue a conversation over time. It does not replace emergency services, licensed mental-health care, medical care, legal representation, or other qualified professional help.
Does changing language use one of my preview refreshes?
No. A language transition is treated separately from an ordinary preview refresh so users can move between supported languages without consuming a Premium Preview opportunity.
What should I put in a support request?
Describe the feature, what you expected, what happened, and the browser or device involved. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, private therapeutic details, or unnecessary information about another person.
Can Ask Norm respond to an emergency?
Ask Norm is not emergency services. If someone may be in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified provider. Safety controls remain available while ordinary guidance continues.
Can a person take over my support ticket?
Yes. Ask Norm Support reviews each eligible ticket first, but an authorized person may take ownership, add a response, request information, or control the support path at any time. Financial exceptions still require the appropriate authority.
What support is included with my access?
Free access includes approved knowledge-base help, suggestions, problem reporting, and polls. Eligible Advanced access includes protected support tickets. Premium and approved organizational access may include priority handling and authorized-person takeover according to the active service terms.
Why does my browser ask for camera permission?
Recorded Session requests camera and microphone access only after the user intentionally starts the session. Browser and device permission behavior can differ, and the user remains able to stop the session.
Why does my browser ask for microphone permission?
Voice begins only after the user intentionally starts it. The browser or device controls microphone permission. Ask Norm cannot bypass that permission, and users can stop voice capture from the app or browser controls.
