Kim Carpenter, Norm Therapist® L7A, is the Norm Therapy® Manager and one of the Norm Therapy®Pioneers from the Dec 2021 Cohort, which was instructed by Michael Gibson, the Creator of Norm Therapy® and Managing Director & Co-Founder of ARO.
As an integral part of the Training & Development process as it relates to Norm Therapy®, Kim developed a series of NTIS Training Program Modules on Self-Awareness and the Diplomacy of Assertiveness, which were quickly integrated into the overall NTIS Basics Training Program due to its relevance. Additionally, she is making significant contributions to the NTIS Advanced Training Program, launching in 2024.
Kim is a survivor of financial, sexual, childhood, narcissistic, psychological, bullying, workplace, religious, food, political and spousal abuse, and she profoundly understands the importance of why Norm Therapy® is a much needed hand up in the abuse care community, and how greatly it will impact the lives of individuals who are seeking change within themselves and their situations, by embracing the 3 Tenets of Norm Therapy® – Clarity, Assessment, Truth.
In her last HR Consulting job, Kim was affectionately known as the Morale Leader because she had created & implemented a training program that supported employees’ personal and professional development which dynamically incorporated mentoring and succession planning, and essentially paved the way forward for individuals to advance in their chosen career and life path.
She is a certified Transformational Life Coach and Usui Reiki Level II Practitioner, and a SHRM Certified HR Professional with over 25 years’ experience in Human Relations, Training & Development and Employee Coaching. Kim has been a 4x Podcast guest speaker, sharing tips about Recovering from Narcissistic Abuse, and she specializes in life skills such as self-awareness, accountability, and emotional intelligence. She is available for patient sessions weekdays, CST.
