Norm Therapist® – Training & Doctrine

The goal of the Norm Therapy® Training Department is to assist in the developmental skills and continuing education of all Norm Therapy® Personnel, starting from the moment they onboard. A comprehensive training plan will be available in order to ensure they can satisfy the essential job functions and perform their assigned tasks and duties to more effectively contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

In order to implement our plan, it includes both strategic and tactical goals, as well as learning objectives to further solidify the foundation of providing services which effectively empowers Norm Therapy® Personnel with the knowledge, skills and abilities they need to successfully serve the internal and external goals of the organization.

Learning can be achieved through a learning management system (LMS) in utilizing state-of-the-art virtual learning and development strategies to advance organizational knowledge and participate in the exchange of information about practices and innovations through specific training modules.

Collaboration

We regularly collaborate with all Norm Therapy® departments, ensuring we meet their training & development needs while striving to produce training materials that show inclusion and promote efficacy in alignment with the core values of their department. Each Department Manager can request specific modules, via a project proposal form, for training and development purposes in order to meet the varying personal, cultural, logistical and learning methodologies of the organization.

Research & Development

Based on the information submitted by the Department Manager, our dedicated team then thoroughly researches knowledge-intensive topics which will accommodate a flexible, self-paced learning environment for beginner, intermediate, advanced learning and certification (as applicable). Once the topics have been approved, we follow a consistent process for iteration and module development, which may include the use of videos, instructed training sessions and slideshow presentations, or a combination of all which are adapted to accommodate every learning style.

Training Is Everything

At each stage of the process, our team endeavors to provide beneficial guidelines for efficiency and effectiveness of the training modules. It is an ever-evolving process, and our team of talented Training Personnel takes pride in continually providing outstanding support to all departments within the Norm Therapy® organization.
